Normal Days.

Just took some random pics...

Jude's lunch box for school.
Typical packed lunch, lots of snacks and a sarmie, sometime's he'l have a yogurt as well.
Showing us his lunch box.
Jude setting the table for dinner.
Sometimes as a parent you must just go with the flow and Jude saw a boy making scrambled egg in the microwave, so he wanted to do that for supper - which is fine and he did a good job helping :)
This is what we had, tuna bake.
Jude ready for bed, these are my fav pj's that he wears :)

Beautiful Skies

I was very excited about the supermoon 2012, it's the first time I've heard of it, so I got my camera ready that night and it did not disappoint, although from my house I couldn't see the rising yellow stage of the moon, it was still pretty big and bright and beautiful by the time I could see it. Also I woke up early this week and saw a beautiful sunrise, I always feel so happy inside when I'm up early for a beautiful sunrise.

First night of supermoon.
2nd night of supemoon, walked to the main road in front of our house.
Beautiful sunrise.

Yesterday our beautiful boy turned 5 (a whole hand as he says) - his theme this year is pirates so we went along with it through out the day. Jude had a wonderful day and got so super spoiled. What a blessed boy he is.

I'm 5!!! Our pirate themed prezzies.
Opening prezzie at 6.30am.
His new scooter.

Loved his reaction.
Stoked much :)
Started a new tradition of pancakes on  the morning of your birthday :)
Cupcakes for school.
Opening prezzies in the eve with family.
Birthday cup-cake :)
I think we had more fun with this than Jude, all had a turn to try it on - the head talks when you talk and plays music etc... so lots of fun.

I have been feeling very inspired in the kitchen (a few weeks ago haha - been too busy this week). Wanted to keep up the healthiness in the home, so one night I made my moms famous roast veggies, with yummy chicken and rice and then another night I made stir fried noodles which was also yum :)

Roast veggies: pumpkin, broccoli, red peppers, garlic cloves and potatoes.
Chicken ready to cook.
Walah.
Stir fried noodles - ready to cook.
And we have some yumminess on a plate.
