I have been feeling very inspired in the kitchen (a few weeks ago haha - been too busy this week). Wanted to keep up the healthiness in the home, so one night I made my moms famous roast veggies, with yummy chicken and rice and then another night I made stir fried noodles which was also yum :) 

Roast veggies: pumpkin, broccoli, red peppers, garlic cloves and potatoes.
Chicken ready to cook.

And we have some yumminess on a plate.
