Jude at Soccer

So on Saturday at soccer my gorgeous boy Jude got the trophy for player of the day! He scored 4 goals - so proud. I think at one point it was just him against 3 kids, because they're always running off or get distracted hehe. Anyways, he was so happy when he got his reward that he didnt even want to look at the camera but rather at his trophy - so cute! Jude is in the purple team and they generally have to wear a purple shirt, but that is a very difficult color to find and Jude was the only one wearing that color this week, seems more like the blue team. And I must mention that the weather was crazy cold! But we survived.

Jude was nervous in the beginning after being off sick for 2weeks.

Mothers Day.

Had a wonderful Mother's day on Sunday - got so spoiled! We had a lovely brunch at my house with the family and the weather was amazing too after so much rain the days before.

My gifts; slippers, Rachel Ashwell's shabby chic book, a yummy mummy apron ,  biltong and lotto tickets.

One of my cards, I wanted this one when I saw it in the shop and they got it for me, its so CUTE!!!

This is what it looks like when you open it up, came with stickers and you had to color in that ice-cream which was  fun for Jude.

Sometimes as a parent you must just go with the flow and Jude saw a boy making scrambled egg in the microwave, so he wanted to do that for supper - which is fine and he did a good job helping :)

Beautiful Skies

I was very excited about the supermoon 2012, it's the first time I've heard of it, so I got my camera ready that night and it did not disappoint, although from my house I couldn't see the rising yellow stage of the moon, it was still pretty big and bright and beautiful by the time I could see it. Also I woke up early this week and saw a beautiful sunrise, I always feel so happy inside when I'm up early for a beautiful sunrise.
